Teas
I design teas for medicinal and enjoyment purposes. There are various sizes from small 1 cup tins to bulk teas that come in a plastic lined brown paper bag. I hand write the labels myself on the bags. The tins have a clear top and labels so you know how to steep the tea. You can send me a email if you have a specific blend in mind or if you would like a tea made instead of a tincture, I can do that, too. I carry over 200 different herbs and many of my teas have health benefits. I also carry green teas, black teas and floral teas. The teas can be found below in the SHOP area of this page.
Tinctures
The standard dosing for these tinctures are 6 to 12 drops taken in a little water or juice, up to three times a day. In acute situations, the dose may be increased and taken more often. Find out doses from your local practitioner or herbalist. For more knowledge on each herb, feel free to contact us with any questions you have.
